Prototyping and validation of new AI ideas with business areas **JOB OBJECTIVE:** * Develop and enhance intelligent web applications by integrating generative AI capabilities and advanced language models to improve the company's processes, automation, and digital experiences. The professional will be responsible for creating scalable and secure solutions that connect internal systems (ERP, CRM, Data Lake) to AI and automation services, applying best practices in software engineering, API integration, and data manipulation. Additionally, the role involves exploring and prototyping new AI use cases in collaboration with business areas, contributing to technological innovation and operational efficiency at CR. **JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Develop and enhance web applications integrating generative AI capabilities such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, and LLMs like Llama3, applying these technologies to chatbots, internal assistants, intelligent automation, and data analysis; * Create and consume APIs connecting internal systems (ERP, CRM, Data Lake) to AI and automation services; * Apply Model Context Protocol (MCP) to securely and contextually connect language models to databases, APIs, and corporate repositories; * Work with data and integrations — structuring, processing, and connecting information for use in models and intelligent workflows; * Prototype and validate new AI usage ideas jointly with business areas; * Ensure quality, security, and scalability in developed solutions. **TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS:** * Solid Full Stack development experience, with proficiency in at least two of the following languages: + JavaScript / TypeScript (Node.js, React, Next.js) + Python (FastAPI, Flask or Django) + Ruby on Rails + Go (Golang) * Knowledge of REST API consumption and integration; * Experience with SQL, NoSQL, and vector databases (PostgreSQL, NocoDB, etc.); * Practical experience applying AI, including use of OpenAI, Copilot, and Llama3 for process automation, text analysis, and creation of intelligent assistants, as well as expertise in language models, embeddings, RAG, LangChain, and other AI-driven automations. * Familiarity with Docker, Git, and CI/CD pipelines. * Experience combining traditional development with No\-code/Vibe Coding solutions (Bolt, N8N).
