As an **Administrative Assistant**, your responsibilities will include: * Providing assistance to patients, companions, and technical staff; * Performing registrations, scheduling, and updating data in internal systems and Ministry of Health platforms (e.g., SISCAN); * Accurately typing medical reports with attention to detail, following institutional standards; * Organizing and maintaining up-to-date physical and/or electronic patient records; * Assisting in schedule management, document verification, and administrative referrals; * Performing support tasks for unit management, such as spreadsheet control, email sending, and file organization. **What you need to have:** * Completed High School education (preferably ongoing technical or higher education in administrative or healthcare fields); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office; * Availability for travel.
