If you identify with our purpose, shall we imagine and engineer that future together? **Responsibilities and Duties**### **Summary Description** Responsible for supervising and inspecting earthwork, civil construction, and infrastructure activities in industrial projects, ensuring execution in accordance with design documents, execution plans, quality, safety, environmental requirements, and established construction standards. Acts in technical supervision of contractors, field control, release of work fronts, and interface among engineering, construction, and operations. ### **Detailed Description** * Supervise earthwork, surface and deep drainage, retaining structures, and civil works in industrial environments; * Inspect execution of foundations, formwork, reinforcement, concrete pouring, backfilling, structures, roofing, and lateral enclosures; * Monitor construction of equipment foundations, industrial and administrative buildings, and support areas; * Supervise building finishing works, hydrosanitary installations, electrical systems, lightning protection systems (SPDA), and fire suppression systems; * Verify and control release of designs for field execution; * Approve earthwork and civil construction services per issued “For Construction” drawings; * Monitor surveying services and technological control of soils and concrete performed by contracted companies; * Monitor excavation of Class III material; * Evaluate, approve, and supervise work plans applicable to construction fronts; * Ensure issuance and organization of quality documentation for Data Book compilation; * Support the measurement team in validating and approving technical documentation submitted by contractors; * Participate in planning, progress monitoring, and integration meetings between construction and operations; * Ensure execution of works in accordance with approved execution plans; * Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental procedures; * Monitor and respond to Daily Construction Reports (RDO), maintaining updated records of supervised activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** #### **Education** * Technical degree in Building Construction, Civil Construction, or related fields for technical-level positions; * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering for senior-level positions; * Postgraduate studies in construction management, project management, or related fields are a plus. #### **Experience** * Minimum of 10 years’ proven experience in construction supervision and inspection; * Experience in large-scale industrial projects, preferably in mining, steelmaking, energy, or infrastructure sectors; * Experience in earthworks, drainage, foundations, and industrial civil works; * Experience in contractor management and field team supervision; * Experience in monitoring execution planning and physical progress control. #### **Technical Knowledge** * Ability to read and interpret civil and multidisciplinary drawings; * Knowledge of industrial civil works and infrastructure execution; * Knowledge of technological control of soils and concrete; * Familiarity with quality documentation and Data Books; * Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards applicable to industrial construction; * Knowledge of RDO, service measurement, and schedule monitoring; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and construction control tools. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment type: regular office * Work location: Almas/TO * Working hours: 08:00 to 17:00 **Benefits included in this position:** * Health insurance * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Meal allowance * Gym membership via Gympass Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
