Focus on sales operations efficiency * Job Objective Provide operational and administrative support to the sales department, ensuring the proper functioning of sales systems, monitoring of targets and commercial plans, as well as supporting internal and external teams in resolving requests related to orders, system integrations, and commercial routines, thereby contributing to the company's sales operations efficiency. Main Responsibilities + Provide support to users of the ISA system (sales force), assisting in problem resolution and clarifying operational queries; + Create, maintain, and monitor sales plans and targets for commercial representatives and the telesales team; + Daily support for the Logistics Operations (LO) team, providing information, verifying orders, and assisting in resolving issues related to order returns or system integration failures; + Monitor and record requests related to the development of improvements and new solutions for the software used by the company; + Support administrative and operational routines of the commercial department, ensuring organization and smooth internal processes. Requirements + Completed high school education (higher education in Administration, Commercial Management, or related fields currently in progress is desirable); + Prior experience in commercial or administrative support activities; + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word; + Familiarity with management systems (ERP) (Winthor); + Strong verbal and written communication skills; + Organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability.
