Responsible for controlling vehicle access, serving the public, recording incidents, and managing correspondence at the reception.

**Requirements:**
* Completed high school;
* Good communication skills;
* Availability for 12x36 shift (night);
**Responsibilities:**
* Control of vehicle entry and exit;
* Serving customers, job applicants, suppliers, and the general public arriving at the facility, and directing them to the responsible department;
* Communication and registration of incidents, visits, and deliveries in logbooks;
* Receipt of correspondence;
* Receiving and organizing packages and correspondence, and notifying recipients;
* Maintaining a clean and organized reception area;
* And other duties relevant to the position.
