




Job Summary: Professional to assist in planning and executing activities related to growth and development of in vitro plants, manage the laboratory, and lead training. Key Highlights: 1. Training leadership and employee supervision **Responsibilities:** * Assist in planning and executing activities related to growth and development of in vitro plants; * Manage operation and maintenance of laboratory machines and equipment, and possess the ability to operate such machines and equipment, seeking innovations and process automation; * Participate in and lead trainings, guidance, and supervision of third-party employees’ activities; * Monitor and maintain inventory levels of supplies required for activity execution; * Track operational metrics to continuously evaluate work performance and drive continuous process improvement through innovation; * Engage\-with the Company’s Safety Program, complying with legal requirements and internal company policies, and also motivating colleagues in this direction; * Work with genetically modified organisms in compliance with governmental regulations and internal company policies. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Degree in Agronomy, Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, or related fields. * Intermediate English; * Microsoft Office Suite; * Preferred: Power BI, SQL, databases. **Benefits:** We offer an attractive benefits package, including various advantages that value our employees’ well-being and satisfaction.
