




We are seeking a PCP Assistant to support production planning, scheduling, and control, contributing to meeting deadlines, optimizing resources, and organizing production processes. This professional will work closely with production, procurement, logistics, and quality departments, ensuring information is up-to-date and operational flow proceeds efficiently and reliably. Responsibilities: * Assist in production planning, scheduling, and control, ensuring adherence to established deadlines. * Monitor production orders, updating statuses and identifying potential deviations. * Control and update spreadsheets and systems with production data, inventory levels, and material consumption. * Support the identification of raw material requirements in coordination with procurement and warehouse departments. * Monitor inventory levels and flag risks of material shortages or overstock. * Support analysis of production capacity and line balancing. * Assist the industrial team in resolving bottlenecks and driving continuous improvement. * Record production performance indicators (on-time delivery, efficiency, losses, rework, etc.). Requirements: * Completed high school education (technical or undergraduate studies in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics, or related fields are desirable). * Prior experience in PCP, production, or industrial administrative areas is an advantage. * Basic knowledge of production planning and control, production orders, and inventory management. * Experience with ERP systems and Excel. * Analytical ability, sense of urgency, and organizational skills.
