Description
**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:**
Work across all HR subsystems (Recruitment and Selection, Training and Development, Organizational Climate and Culture, Personnel Administration, and Labor Relations).
Conduct periodic visits to stores to monitor the implementation of HR practices and provide support to leadership.
Develop and train branch managers and leadership teams, strengthening organizational culture and promoting people management practices.
Assist in implementing internal HR policies and procedures and monitor compliance with such practices.
Support onboarding programs, employee journey initiatives, and development projects.
Ensure compliance with HR policies, standards, and procedures, serving as the liaison between headquarters and branches.
Monitor store-level HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, engagement, performance).
**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**
* **Education:** Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources Management, or related fields.
* **Experience:** Prior experience in generalist HR activities.
* **Behavioral competencies:** Clear communication, empathy, organization, proactivity, analytical thinking, and results orientation.
* Willingness to travel.
