Job Summary: Multifunctional maintenance professional responsible for coordinating teams, managing materials, and ensuring equipment preservation. Key Highlights: 1. Coordinate and guide maintenance activities across various areas 2. Manage internal team demands and monitor external services 3. Ensure preservation and organization of materials and tools * Identify and perform corrective and preventive maintenance in carpentry, masonry, civil works, electrical installations, and machine inspections; * Coordinate and guide the maintenance team's activities; * Report to school management on maintenance activities, ensuring transparency and comprehensive visibility of performed tasks; * Monitor and validate services executed by contracted companies; * Coordinate, oversee, and ensure the preservation and organization of all materials, tools, and equipment used in maintenance services; * Manage internal maintenance team demands via the maintenance management system; * Obtain material quotations and request purchases through the procurement map system, as well as monitor and receive requested materials. **Working Hours:** 40 hours per week. **Benefits:** Meal Allowance, Medical Assistance, Life Insurance, Dental Assistance **Required Qualifications:** **You must have:** High School Diploma.
