Develop leaders in applying problem-solving methodologies **Job Description** ------------------- OBJECTIVE: Responsible for supporting and training the production team in implementing the KHMS system, as well as monitoring production KPIs related to their area of responsibility. Ensure implementation of the CIS pillar in accordance with KHMS requirements. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Train leaders and operators on the production system, ensuring correct application and process quality; * Guide leadership in identifying waste and utilizing continuous improvement and standardization tools; * Support analysis of line data, prioritizing and tracking improvement opportunities; * Develop leaders in applying problem-solving methodologies and root cause analysis (5 Whys and RCFA); * Ensure implementation of the CI \& Standardization pillar at the plant, maintaining global standards in routines; Act in compliance with Safety, Quality, and Environmental regulations, contributing to incident reduction and resource conservation. * REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree completed in Administration, Engineering, Operations Management, or related fields; Intermediate English will be considered a plus; Advanced Excel knowledge; SAP knowledge is desirable; Knowledge of continuous improvement tools such as PDCA, Lean, etc.; Green Belt certification will be considered a plus. **Location(s)** --------------- Nerópolis, Brazil **Kraft Heinz is an Equal Opportunity Employer – Underrepresented Ethnic Minority Groups/Women/Veterans/Individuals with Disabilities/Sexual Orientation/Gender Identity and other protected classes.**
