Act strategically in asset management, budgetary control, long\-term planning, and technical leadership of the team, promoting continuous process improvement, technological innovation, and alignment with corporate and regulatory policies of the electricity sector. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Coordinate, plan, and supervise preventive, predictive, corrective, and modernization maintenance programs for electrical and mechanical systems of power plants and associated substations; * Technically lead the maintenance team, promoting multidisciplinary integration, technical development, and knowledge sharing; * Develop and review technical specifications, terms of reference, and scopes for contracting strategic maintenance and investment services and materials; * Participate in the area's budget management, ensuring achievement of operational and investment targets, focusing on efficiency and financial sustainability; * Plan and monitor performance indicators (availability, TEIF, TEIP, costs, reliability) and propose corrective and preventive actions to achieve corporate goals; * Conduct technical studies and assessments on electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical systems, participating in failure analyses, disturbances, and operational events; * Coordinate tests, trials, and commissioning of new installations, equipment, and systems, ensuring technical and regulatory compliance; * Support physical asset management in accordance with ISO 55001 guidelines, optimizing equipment lifecycle and prioritizing investments based on risk and criticality; * Implement condition\-based maintenance (CBM) practices and reliability analysis tools (RCM, FMEA); * Participate in the area's strategic planning, contributing to multi\-year maintenance, modernization, and system automation plans; * Ensure compliance with corporate, regulatory, and safety standards, acting in accordance with the Integrated and Sustainable Management System (SGIS) \- ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 55001; * Represent the company in audits and inspections by regulatory bodies, providing technical information and compliance reports; * Promote a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and sustainability in the workplace. **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor's degree completed in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrotechnical Engineering; * Postgraduate degree / MBA in Maintenance Management, Asset Management, Reliability Engineering, or related fields (desirable); * Experience in maintenance and asset management in hydroelectric power plants or generation projects; * Strategic planning and budgetary control; * Asset and reliability management (RCM, FMEA, RBI, ISO 55001\); * Predictive maintenance techniques (vibration, thermography, oil analysis, etc.); * Contract and supplier management; * Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data analysis tools; * Intermediate English. * **Work Location: Peixe \- Tocantins** **Equal Opportunities for All** Our vision is that each person combines their unique characteristics and experiences to fulfill our mission of creating new energy for the planet.
