Responsible for performing preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance on equipment, machines, systems, and facilities, ensuring full functionality, safety, and preservation in accordance with manufacturers’ technical standards and internal procedures.** The role involves both on-site and off-site work at gyms, residences, and high-end clients; maintaining a professional demeanor, courtesy, hygiene, and care for the work environment is essential. **Key Responsibilities** * Assembly and disassembly of **physical fitness equipment**; * Basic mechanical maintenance of equipment; * Technical support for external installations (gyms and residences); * Simple completion of service orders in a digital system (form-based); * Travel to service locations across Rio de Janeiro and, occasionally, other cities. **Requirements:** * Practical experience in mechanics or equipment maintenance and adjustments; * Strong logical reasoning skills for reading and executing manuals; * Basic proficiency with smartphones, tablets, or simple systems (e.g., form filling); * Commitment, responsibility, and organizational skills; * Professional conduct and courtesy **Education:** * Technical course in Mechanics is **desirable but not mandatory**; * Candidates with relevant practical experience—regardless of formal technical education (e.g., maintenance technician, electromechanics, or related fields)—will also be considered. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Basic welding knowledge (not mandatory); * Valid driver’s license (a plus, as the candidate may use company vehicles); * Prior customer service experience. **Travel Requirements:** * The company provides corporate vehicles according to service demand; * Frequent use of Uber, fully covered by the company; * For assignments outside Rio de Janeiro, vehicle rental may be arranged.
