Real career advancement opportunity in a growing market **About the Role** We are looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join Vistto Online's sales team. If you enjoy speaking with people, understanding business needs, and transforming opportunities into strategic sales meetings, this role is for you. We seek someone with experience in B2B lead qualification, capable of leading initial conversations with potential customers arriving through our marketing channels. The professional will be responsible for understanding each company’s stage, identifying pain points and opportunities, and routing qualified leads to sales meetings with our sales team. The SDR will handle initial inbound lead engagement—contacting leads via WhatsApp, phone calls, and social media—conducting structured, consultative conversations to ensure every opportunity reaches the closing stage fully prepared. We seek an organized, communicative, and results-oriented individual who can conduct strategic conversations with decision-makers and contribute to growing our sales pipeline. **Responsibilities:** * Perform initial triage of inbound leads, evaluating each contact’s potential to ensure only the most qualified advance through the sales pipeline, aligned with Vistto’s ICP; * Contact leads promptly and effectively, delivering excellent initial service and increasing conversion chances; * Document all interactions in the CRM, ensuring the team has complete and up-to-date information on each lead; * Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure qualified leads are ready for the closing process; * Monitor performance KPIs and propose continuous improvements to lead qualification and engagement processes; * Competence to “sell” the meeting with the closer; * Collect lead feedback and share insights with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead acquisition and outreach; (uncertain whether this belongs here or in post-sales, as we do not yet have a post-sales function) * Identify bottlenecks in the pre-sales funnel and propose solutions to increase conversion; * Suggest and implement A/B tests of outreach approaches, messages, and contact channels based on data; * Share with the team templates, outreach techniques, and learnings from daily operations. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in pre-sales, SDR, or similar roles. * Agility in responding quickly to new leads; * Ability to conduct consultative conversations; * Excellent written and verbal communication skills; * Organization to manage a high volume of leads in the CRM; * Discipline in pipeline management and follow-ups; * Ability to operate across multiple channels (email, phone, WhatsApp, and social media); * Adaptable copywriting tailored to persona and job title; * Creativity to re-engage leads that “cool off”; * Goal- and results-focused: Driven to relentlessly pursue targets and objectives. * Strong calendar management to ensure quality of scheduled meetings. **What We Offer:** * Employment Type: PJ (Individual Entrepreneur). * Compensation: Fixed salary (to be negotiated) + Scalable commission (uncapped, performance-based — OTE methodology). * Cost Allowance: Transportation and travel allowance for technical visits/meetings. * Growth: Real career advancement opportunity in a continuously expanding market.
