If you seek to build your career in a collaborative, transparent, and opportunity-rich environment, join our story! **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Lead continuous improvement teams and projects * Design and monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and management dashboards * Develop and implement automation solutions (workflows, integrations, and digital tools) * Contribute to building and maintaining databases, data lakes, and BI systems * Identify opportunities to reduce costs and increase operational efficiency * Integrate various company departments (Operations, Finance, IT, Customer Success, etc.) to ensure process alignment * Support data-driven decision-making through analytics and strategic insights generation * Structure and document processes, workflows, and operational best practices **Your talent will help us if you have:** * Completed undergraduate degree * Minimum 3 years of experience in operations, **continuous improvement**, or data intelligence * Strong analytical capability and **data** orientation * Experience with **BI** tools (e.g., Power BI, Data Studio, or similar) * Knowledge of process automation tools (e.g., Make, Zapier, **n8n**, or similar) * Experience handling data **(advanced Excel/Sheets**, SQL preferred) * Intermediate English proficiency * Structured, organized profile with systemic vision * Strong **communication** skills and ability to interact effectively across multiple departments **Nice-to-have qualifications:** * Experience with tools such as **Pipefy**, CRMs, or ERPs * Knowledge of **APIs**, system integrations, and system logic * Experience in **digital transformation** projects * Experience in fast-growing environments **(scale\-up/startup)** **We Offer:** Competitive compensation package; * Hybrid work model, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; ️ Meal/food allowance of BRL 40.00 per working day, paid via Caju; Transportation allowance paid via Caju, with no payroll deduction; SulAmérica Health Insurance plan with no monthly fee—only co-payment applies; SulAmérica Dental Insurance plan; Life insurance; Birthday Day Off (one paid day off during your birth month); Work equipment.
