




Tegra Incorporadora is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst. **Responsibilities and duties** * Ensure maintenance and management of e-Social, guaranteeing transmission, correction, and retransmission of payroll events, as well as handling generated inconsistencies; * Monitor payroll tax calculations, payments, and monthly payroll closing; * Responsible for ensuring DIRF compliance; * Ensure the monthly payroll reconciliation process; * Ensure improvements and maintenance of payroll system requirements (configuration; customizations; updates to system functionalities; and system integrations); * Ensure payroll implementation in the LG system for new SPEs; * Responsible for maintaining the CNO (National Construction Code) registry of service recipients, ensuring proper allocations, payments, and integrations with e-Social; * Responsible for responding to inspections, audits, and official notifications; * Ensure payroll-related information is properly communicated to relevant departments through monthly closing routines and payroll report generation; * Responsible for payroll provisions and accounting, supporting the Accounting Department in conducting necessary verifications and justifications for financial and accounting integration/reconciliation; * Support the operations team with guidance and information related to payroll processing, such as: questions regarding payroll taxes, payroll items, accounting classifications, resolution of accounting, financial, and e-Social inconsistencies, calculation queries, etc.; * Support compliance with labor legislation, collective bargaining agreements, and company policies. **Requirements and qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel, at least intermediate level (formulas, pivot tables, charts); * Experience with payroll-related statutory contributions; * Knowledge of payroll accounting; * Experience in process automation, payroll system configuration, and implementation; * Mandatory experience with ancillary obligations (DIRF, GFIP, e-Social, FGTS Digital, DCTF Web); * Experience maintaining allocations/calculations for service recipients (CNO); * Experience with all government systems (DCTFWeb, eCAC, eSocial, FGTS Digital, Conectividade); * Mandatory experience with the **LG Suíte Gente Payroll System**. **Additional information** Benefits: * Medical Assistance * Dental Assistance * Meal/ Food Allowance * Transportation Allowance * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Assistance * Gympass * Annual Bonus On-site work model.
