Apply now!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop, test, and experiment with statistical models applied across different business areas; * Create, maintain, and update analytical reports for the squad and the business; * Provide insights and lead experiments together with business areas; * Support the business and commercial teams in presenting company products to potential clients; * Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques to solve business problems; * Prepare technical presentations for discussion and demonstration of analysis and model results to the company’s technical stakeholders; * Prepare executive presentations to demonstrate results and products to company executives. **Requirements and Qualifications** Education: * Completed undergraduate degree in one or more of the following fields: Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Mathematics, Exact Sciences, or Applied Social Sciences; * MBA, Master’s, or PhD in any of the above fields. Mandatory Knowledge: * Microsoft Office – Excel; * Machine Learning – classification and regression, and model evaluation; * Statistics – basic concepts, hypothesis testing, distributions, sampling, and statistical inference; * Programming – Python, PySpark (a plus), and code versioning (Git); * English: Advanced. **Additional Information** **Hybrid Work Model:** 2 days per week in the office.
