We develop and implement strategies and customer journeys jointly with business and technology areas to deliver the best possible experience for all current and potential customers—both external and internal—across all touchpoints. Work model: Hybrid – 3 days onsite Unit: Osasco, Curitiba, Recife, or Remote **What will your day-to-day look like?** As a Digital Products Manager, you will lead the Digital Products area, with the following core responsibilities: * Cross-functional oversight across multiple tribe clusters; translating the tribe’s strategy to external tribes and bringing external needs into the tribe; * Strategic Alignment: Collaborate with POs, other Chief Product Officers (CPOs), and tribe leadership to ensure consistency and alignment between organizational strategy and product offerings; * Governance and Lifecycle Management: Define governance criteria, document decisions, and assess long-term product viability; * Dependency Resolution: Address dependencies among squads and clusters; * KPI Monitoring: Define OKRs with squads, evaluate performance based on data, and propose continuous improvements; * Team Leadership: Direct leader of POs, responsible for coaching, feedback, and team development; * The Center of Excellence (CoE) Manager serves as the liaison between the tribe’s digital products and client tribes, ensuring strong relationships and evangelizing the tribe’s products to client tribes; building automations and templates for shared tribal processes; collecting and analyzing data, KPIs, and OKRs; and implementing best practices in product management—acting as the owner of the product discipline, its processes, and templates, thereby generating value for product teams and platform customers. This person is a leader with proven experience in product management and team leadership, and will daily coordinate specialists’ progress while managing a portfolio of initiatives and processes that deliver value to customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** What do you need to have or know? * Experience in Project Management, Channels, Technology, or Digital Products; * Knowledge of Agile methodology; * Understanding of digital business processes involving channels, functional platforms, and martech; * Technology comprehension; * Familiarity with product management methodologies, adoption frameworks, and OKRs; * Proficiency with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, etc.); * Strategic planning, budgeting, risk management, project management, and team leadership. * Completed undergraduate degree.
