Job Summary: Work in quality management within accredited laboratories (ISO 17025) or certified companies (ISO 9001), supporting testing, documentation, and customer service. Key Highlights: 1. Document organization and non-conformance management Education Completed Elementary Education with a specific course, or currently enrolled in a Technical High School program. Experience Experience in quality management system activities within laboratories accredited to ISO 17025 or other companies certified to ISO 9001\. Use of ERP-type management software. Basic deadline and administrative routine management for quality. Document, form, and record organization. Opening and tracking of non-conformances, corrective actions, and preventive actions. Participation in internal and external audits. Calibration control and equipment verification. Knowledge Quality management system for laboratories (ABNT NBR ISO 17025:2017\) or other management systems such as ISO 9001\. Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel. Concepts of document and record control. Basic knowledge of metrology, traceability, and equipment control. Responsibilities Serve and advise internal and external customers and suppliers. Classify, organize, prepare, and store equipment, instruments, and materials for testing, in accordance with pre-established standards and norms related to quality, safety, environment, hygiene, and health. Assist in scheduling, performing, and documenting destructive and non\-destructive tests according to pre-established standards and norms. Assist in gathering and maintaining data and information relevant to the area of responsibility, following established processes and routines. Participate in the development, implementation, control, and updating of departmental processes. Participate in the development, implementation, and monitoring of planning, budgeting, and work team processes within the area of responsibility and/or integrated teams. Assist in inventory control of materials within the area.
