Tecal is a company specialized in the manufacturing and commercialization of electrical materials. With a wide range of products, it serves both residential and industrial markets. **Responsibilities:** Carry out daily activities related to occupational safety procedures. Monitor the attendance and punctuality of all employees assigned under the contract or deployed at the project site. Report daily the actual number of personnel deployed at the project site, highlighting delays, absences, and other non-conformities. Verify daily the use of PPE by all team members, according to their specific job functions. Previous roles such as Maintenance Supervisor, Maintenance Coordinator, Maintenance Manager, or Maintenance Leader may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
