Job Summary: A strategic and integrated Human Resources professional to manage Recruitment and Selection, training, Performance Evaluations, and other HR subsystems. Key Highlights: 1. Lead technical recruitment and selection processes. 2. Conduct onboarding with focus on organizational culture and Operational Safety. 3. Develop initiatives for organizational climate, employee engagement, and internal marketing. * **Saquetto Industrial** is seeking a professional to work strategically and integrally in **Human Resources**. This person will be responsible for leading and managing recruitment and selection processes, training activities, Performance Evaluations, and other HR subsystems. Main Responsibilities ✔ Lead **Recruitment and Selection** processes for technical profiles (e.g., CNC operators and lathe operators), also evaluating candidates’ risk perception and preventive attitude. ✔ Conduct **onboarding** for new employees, emphasizing organizational culture and Operational Safety practices. ✔ Develop and implement initiatives for **organizational climate, employee engagement, and internal marketing**.
