If you want the opportunity to develop in a challenging environment, contribute with innovative practices, and consistently promote better interaction among teams, join AMG BRASIL!!! **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop and maintain execution and detailed schedules (levels 2 to 5) aligned with the project’s WBS/EAP. * Perform logical sequencing, critical path method (CPM) identification, and float/slack analysis (total and free). * Prepare and control the baseline and manage schedule changes. * Consolidate engineering, procurement, contracting, and field (EPC/EPCM) information, ensuring integration across work fronts. * Execute planning and replanning activities. * Monitor milestones, forecasts, S-curves (planned vs. actual), physical progress, and progress measurement. * Support resource planning (labor, equipment, concurrent work fronts) and interference windows. * Issue management reports (dashboards, KPIs, schedule risks) for PMO, leadership, and committees. * Lead alignment meetings with internal teams and contractors; enforce recovery plans. * Maintain document traceability (versions, assumptions, constraints, risks). * Contribute lessons learned and standardize planning templates. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements** * Completed technical degree (Mining, Planning, Production, Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related fields). * Solid experience in industrial project/works planning, preferably in mining. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6 (structures, calendars, resources, baseline, EVM). * Knowledge of WBS/EAP, CPM, S-curve, EVM, measurements, and physical progress tracking. * Experience in delay analysis, schedule risk assessment, and recovery planning. * Ability to read multidisciplinary drawings (civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation). * Willingness to conduct site visits and interact with projects/contracts. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with EPC/EPCM and measurement-based contracts in mining. * Power BI (modeling/DAX) for schedule dashboards. * Knowledge of Lean Construction/Last Planner and Workface Planning.
