All selection processes conducted by **JSL** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Supervise cargo handling processes; * Conduct vehicle inspections; * Coordinate work teams and maintenance activities for machinery and equipment; * Monitor yard operations; operate cargo handling machinery; * Supervise work teams; * Act in accordance with the Environmental Management System Policy; * Ensure compliance with applicable environmental management system objectives and targets for the area; * Perform tasks as defined in operational controls (where applicable); * Ensure third parties operating in your area comply with the Environmental Management System requirements; suggest improvements related to the Environmental Management System; * Know and act in accordance with significant environmental aspects and impacts of your area; alert your supervisor/responsible personnel upon observing environmental non-conformities; * Work in accordance with the Integrated Management System standards (Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality). * Contribute to the company's socio-environmental performance by collaborating and actively participating in environmental and occupational safety matters. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education Level: Completed or currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree; * Knowledge: Cargo and transportation logistics, computer literacy; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Preferred: 2 years of experience in related roles; * Must have easy access to the CONTAGEM\-MG region. **Additional Information** You already know the traditional benefits—we offer those too.
