Job Summary: Responsible for axle inspection and alignment, tire wear assessment and balancing, suspension/brake inspection, and automotive diagnostics. Key Highlights: 1. Perform diagnostics and repairs on passenger vehicles 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of tires and suspension 3. Assist in organizing and cleaning the workplace Responsibilities include axle inspection and alignment; assessing tire wear and balancing; Conduct tire inspections focusing on wear; Evaluate the condition of control arm bushings, steering rod ends, and check for excessive play in axle hubs; Inspect vehicle suspension/brakes, alignment, and balancing using 3D equipment; Knowledge across multiple vehicle brands; Perform general greasing and lubrication as scheduled or upon request; Diagnose passenger vehicles and perform component replacement, suspension, steering, brake, balancing, tire replacement, alignment, and camber adjustments; Assist in organizing the workplace, maintaining equipment and tools, and keeping the workplace tidy and clean; Comply with company safety regulations; Responsible for communication with the tire shop regarding tire replacements and mechanical issues, among other tasks — suspension, clutches, electronic fuel injection, and automotive air conditioning cleaning/maintenance/repair.
