Job Summary: Grinder Machine Operator responsible for feeding, operating, monitoring, and maintaining plastic grinders to ensure quality and organization of the ground material. Key Highlights: 1. Organization and packaging of ground material in the recycling section **GRINDER MACHINE OPERATOR POSITION** Manufacturing industry specializing in plastic materials **SALARY:** R$1\.906,81 **WORK SCHEDULE:** Monday to Friday \- 07:42 to 17:30 **BENEFITS:** Chartered transportation, meal voucher, and basic food basket **RESPONSIBILITIES:** **Feeding the Grinder:** Load the machine with plastic waste (PP, PE, PVC, PS, etc.), injection/blow molding sprues and runners, and rejected parts. * **Operation and Monitoring:** Start up, operate, and monitor the performance of plastic grinders (granulators), controlling grinding speed and process parameters. * **Quality/Particle Size Control:** Verify particle size (flake size) of the ground material and ensure material is dry and free from contaminants. * **Material Separation:** Sort and separate plastics by type and color prior to grinding to prevent contamination (e.g., separate PET from HDPE, or separate by color). * **Basic Maintenance:** Clean the grinder and replace or adjust screens and cutting blades to maintain efficiency and desired particle size. * **Organization and Packaging:** Identify, weigh, and package ground material (flakes) and organize the recycling area. * **Safety:** Strictly adhere to safety regulations (PPE such as ear protection, safety goggles, and gloves), given high noise levels and risk of cuts during operation. **Required Skills:** * Basic knowledge of plastic types (thermoplastics). * Agility and attention to organization. * Initiative to collaborate with injection/blow molding departments (main production). **INTERESTED CANDIDATES MUST SEND RESUMES TO:** **EMAIL:** bemestarcurriculos@gmail.com **EMAIL SUBJECT:** GRINDER MACHINE OPERATOR **ADVERTISEMENT VALIDITY:** 31/03/26
