Construction Supervisor

**We are looking for an experienced and proactive Construction Supervisor to work on civil construction projects located in Pedro Leopoldo - MG. If you are a natural leader, technically skilled, and excel in team and schedule management, this position is for you!** **Responsibilities and duties:** **Coordinate and supervise the execution of civil construction services (masonry, concrete work, installations, finishes, etc.);** **Assign tasks and guide laborers and foremen;** **Monitor the use of materials, tools, and equipment on site;** **Ensure deadlines and quality standards specified in the projects are met;** **Read and interpret blueprints, technical designs, and specifications;** **Report project progress to the responsible engineer;** **Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety and environmental regulations;** **Requirements and qualifications:** **Proven experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role.** **High school diploma (technical course in Building Construction or related field is desirable).** **Solid knowledge in reading and interpreting technical drawings.** **Strong leadership, organization, and daily task planning skills.** **Residence in Pedro Leopoldo or neighboring cities - MG.** **Working hours: Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 5 PM.** Job type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Dental insurance * Basic food basket * Transportation allowance Selection question(s): * Do you have experience leading civil construction projects? * What is your salary expectation? * Do you have experience reading and interpreting technical drawings?
