Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and motivate the IT team (task assignment and feedback); Manage IT projects aligned with business objectives; Ensure security, performance, and availability of systems and networks; Manage vendor contracts and departmental budget control; Implement data security policies and ensure LGPD compliance; Provide specialized technical support and drive continuous improvement of technological processes. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in IT + Postgraduate degree in IT Management or related fields; Mandatory experience leading IT teams in the HEALTHCARE sector; Proficiency in MV and Senior systems; Solid knowledge of infrastructure (servers, networks, SQL) and security; Familiarity with labor legislation and quality tools.
