We are looking for a professional to serve as **Operations Manager**. **Operations Manager** **Strategic Responsibilities** * Lead and structure the Operations area, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and process standardization; * Manage PCM and PCO areas, ensuring efficient planning, control, and execution of operational and maintenance routines; * Define and monitor performance indicators (KPIs), promoting continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making; * Strategically collaborate with executive management to support operational planning and business growth; * Lead, develop, and engage multidisciplinary teams; * Ensure adherence to deadlines, budgets, service levels, safety, and quality; * Structure operational processes, workflows, and routines to enhance efficiency and scalability; * Manage suppliers, contracts, and strategic partners; * Support initiatives related to innovation, automation, and operational optimization. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, Logistics, or related fields); * Solid experience in operations management and team leadership; * Experience in integrated Operations management; * Strong analytical capability and systemic process vision; * Experience with performance metrics, cost control, and operational planning. **Interested?
