By 2028, we aim to become the largest tennis academy network in Latin America! To support this expansion, **Do For You** serves as the strategic arm responsible for ensuring the franchisee’s journey is simple, efficient, and successful. We are seeking an **Expansion Analyst** to accompany the franchisee throughout their entire journey—from contract signing to unit inauguration. **Key Responsibilities** * Franchisee onboarding: guide them through implementation stages, timelines, required documents, operational standards, and network guidelines. * Implementation timeline management: monitor construction, deliveries, equipment procurement, initial team hiring, and other project milestones. * Internal cross-departmental coordination: connect the franchisee with HR, Marketing, Operations, Finance, Procurement, and Technology departments. * Construction and facility oversight: ensure layout, visual identity, and sports infrastructure comply with brand standards. * Operational process implementation: guide unit opening procedures, gym usage rules, teaching methodology, class scheduling, and administrative routines. * Team hiring support: assist with candidate screening, profile guidance, test distribution, and alignment with HR. * Initial training: deliver or coordinate training on operations, customer service, internal systems, and Fast Tennis culture. * Pre- and post-opening monitoring: track initial performance indicators, adjust processes, and ensure the unit achieves operational stability. * Recordkeeping and documentation: update spreadsheets, internal systems, and implementation status reports. * Franchisee relationship management: serve as a trusted point of contact, ensuring clear communication, continuous support, and alignment with network guidelines. **What We’re Looking For:** * Organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Excellent communication skills and ability to lead meetings and presentations. * Autonomy, proactivity, and strong problem-solving skills. * Strong interpersonal skills and a consultative approach. * Knowledge of operations, new business implementation, project management, or related fields (preferred). * Ability to work under deadlines and toward defined goals. **What We Offer:** * Opportunity to grow alongside a group expanding nationally and internationally. * Innovative, collaborative, and dynamic work environment. * Direct involvement in consolidating a network aiming to become Latin America’s largest by 2028. **Preferred Qualifications:** Prior experience in franchise implementation, project execution, or related areas. **Benefits:** We value the well-being and development of those who make everything happen here.
