If you’re someone who loves solving problems, teaching others, leading by example, and leaving both the codebase (and the team) better than you found them, this role is for you. **The challenge you’ll tackle** You will work directly on our flagship products: **WebAssist and WebPrestador**, participating in critical technical decisions and contributing to the evolution of our tech stack. Your role will be vital in: * Enhancing our solutions with clean, scalable, and well-tested code; * Participating in technical decision-making and helping identify the best way to deliver value; * Collaborating closely with product, design, backend, and frontend teams; * Contributing to process improvements and team best practices. We’re looking for a hands-on professional with proven experience who delivers autonomously—but who also strives to go further. Someone curious, collaborative, deeply invested in the quality of their output, and eager to grow into a technical reference within the team. **✨ What you’ll do in practice:** * Develop backend features in **PHP (Laravel)** with emphasis on performance and security; * Design and integrate **RESTful APIs** with other systems and services; * Support maintenance and evolution of legacy code; * Participate in code reviews, technical ceremonies, and architecture discussions; * Work with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JS, jQuery, Vue.js); * Collaborate with the team on product decisions and continuous improvements. **?️ What we expect from you** * Solid experience with **PHP (Laravel)**, **MySQL**, and Git; * Practical knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery; * Strong coding practices: SOLID principles, Clean Code, MVC pattern; * Ability to understand problems, propose solutions, and work independently. **?
