**We are looking for an organized, proactive, and committed Mechanical Engineering Assistant to support technical and administrative activities within the engineering department.** **This professional will be responsible for monitoring projects, assisting in report preparation, and supporting operations, ensuring compliance with the company's quality and efficiency standards.** **Responsibilities:** * **Support the responsible engineer in monitoring mechanical maintenance projects and services;** * **Update and manage spreadsheets, schedules, and progress reports;** * **Organize and archive technical documents (ARTs, reports, measurements, budgets, etc.);** * **Assist in preparing budgets and material requisitions;** * **Monitor purchasing processes, inventory control, and material inspections;** * **Support communication between the engineering department and other areas of Analub;** * **Ensure all operations comply with technical and safety regulations.** **Requirements:** * **Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, completed or in progress;** * **Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and Office suite;** * **Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication ability.** * **Willingness to travel; valid driver's license (category B).** * **Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, flowcharts, and isometrics.** **Must reside in Pedro Leopoldo - MG, or neighboring cities.** **Work location and schedule:** **Pedro Leopoldo - MG, from 07:30 AM to 05:30 PM, Monday to Friday.** **Work mode: On-site.** **Employment type: CLT (permanent contract).** **Fixed salary + benefits.** Type of position: Permanent CLT Pay: starting at BRL 2,500.00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance
