Job Summary: Safely and efficiently operate cranes to ensure transportation and handling of loads at construction sites, meeting established standards for quality, productivity, and safety. Work collaboratively in a team and strictly adhere to safety regulations Safely and efficiently operate cranes to ensure transportation and handling of loads at construction sites, meeting the company's established standards for quality, productivity, and safety. **Key Responsibilities:** * Operate cranes to precisely and safely handle materials, equipment, and structures; * Perform daily inspections of the crane, verifying operational conditions such as cables, brakes, hooks, and other essential components; * Ensure correct positioning and securement of loads to be transported; * Interpret ground crew signals and instructions to execute load movements; * Strictly follow applicable safety protocols and regulatory standards for crane operations; * Report any irregularities, maintenance needs, or equipment repairs to the immediate supervisor; * Assist with preventive and corrective crane maintenance, per technical guidance and manufacturer specifications; * Maintain an organized and properly marked operation area to minimize accident risks; * Complete operation, maintenance, and performance reports for the crane; * Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient progress of operations at the construction site. **Requirements:** * Completion of elementary education. * Certified crane operator training course recognized by relevant authorities. * Prior experience in this role is preferred. * Knowledge of safety regulations related to crane operations. * Ability to work effectively in a team and interpret operational signals.
