Job Summary: A professional responsible for general reception duties, scheduling, sales of dental products and services, customer service, and administrative and marketing support. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and support in a dental clinic 2. Appointment management and sales of dental services 3. Administrative and marketing support for the clinic Perform general reception duties, including greeting and assisting visitors, managing appointments, selling clinic products and services, handling customer payments and support, opening and closing the cash register, authorizing dental insurance forms, controlling and submitting forms to dental insurance providers, and performing cash register closing procedures; Handle telephone and WhatsApp inquiries, providing information about the dental services offered by the clinic; Support customers/patients throughout their entire journey; Carry out marketing activities and create content for the clinic's web pages and social media channels; Monitor the clinic's Google reviews; Perform routine administrative tasks for the clinic; DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Completed high school education; Strong Portuguese language skills (written, spoken, and typing); Experience with dental insurance plans (preferred); Experience with computer-based sales (systems/Word/Excel) (preferred); Commitment; Sales experience (preferred); Attentive and empathetic; Good communication skills; Friendly; Organized; Proactive; Agile; Punctual.
