This role is for you. We’re looking for a Pleno Video Editor to work 100% remotely, with creative autonomy and performance focus. You’ll join a growing digital company, producing content for product launches, social media, YouTube, and paid campaigns — always in partnership with the marketing and content teams. * Edit short and long-form videos (Reels, Shorts, YouTube, VSLs, tutorials). * Create compelling visual narratives from scripts and raw footage. * Apply simple motion graphics, dynamic captions, and graphic elements. * Optimize pacing, cuts, and soundtracks for retention and conversion. * Adapt content for different formats and platforms. * Organize files, projects, and versions in the cloud. * Collaborate with marketing to test and improve creatives. * AI tools will be provided by us. Requirements: **Mandatory Requirements:** * Prior experience as a Video Editor. * 100% remote work, with strong time management and feedback responsiveness. * Unrestrained creativity. * Attention to detail. * Agility. * Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. * Full-time availability (including weekends and holidays, if required). * Proficiency in audiovisual production. * Own equipment for work (a capable computer that runs all major editing software).
