Promotion of architecture and MBSE frameworks and standards **About the Team:** * The Systems Engineering and MBSE team serves as a strategic pillar for integrated product development at Embraer. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Your Day-to-Day Will Include:** * Leading SysML system modeling (requirements, use cases, scenarios, functions, interfaces, states, allocation, and architecture) across the lifecycle. * Establishing and maintaining the metamodel and modeling conventions (naming, stereotypes, checklists), including quality guidelines and model reviews. * Managing requirements (derivation, allocation, traceability, verification), integrating ALM/PLM systems with model baselines. * Conducting trade studies and architecture analyses (performance, safety, RAM, cybersecurity where applicable), supporting evidence-based decision-making. * Planning and executing IVVQ based on models (scenarios, test cases, requirement coverage), encouraging artifact reuse. * Acting as the technical bridge among stakeholders (product, safety, software, hardware, manufacturing, certification, and customers), facilitating alignment through models and simulations. * Supporting the definition of ConOps/OpsCon and requirement decomposition from mission/user needs. * Promoting adoption of internal architecture and MBSE frameworks and standards (e.g., UAF, where applicable) and contributing to internal communities of practice/training. **Requirements and Qualifications** **To succeed in this role, you must have:** * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (degree certificate or diploma required); * Active CREA registration or documentation to obtain it; * Intermediate English proficiency for reading, writing, and speaking; * Hands-on experience with MBSE and SysML (v1\.x and/or v2\) applied to real projects; * Candidates must demonstrate end-to-end requirements management and traceability experience (from ConOps to verification); * Ideal candidates should be capable of conducting architecture analyses and trade-offs; * Technical English (reading and writing specifications); * Strong cross-functional collaboration, visual communication via models, and systemic mindset are essential. **Additional Information** On-site work model in São José dos Campos / SP. **Benefits:** * Life Insurance * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Vaccination Benefit * Pharmacy Benefit * Wellhub * Multi-Benefit Card * On-site Cafeteria * PLR (Profit and Results Sharing) * Private Pension Plan * Cooperative * EMpower (internal training and development platform) Need support with the Gupy platform?
