Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and oversee projects **Learn about this opportunity** If you focus on customers and innovation, make decisions openly and transparently, appreciate and nurture a respectful workplace, work in a multidisciplinary, collaborative, pragmatic, and results-oriented manner, and assume responsibility for delivery, learn more about our **Senior Project Engineer** position. **Important job information:** * Work location: Contagem\-MG * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM * Employment type: Permanent * Work modality: On-site **Responsibilities:** * Coordinate projects involving new equipment implementation, process expansion, and modification; * Develop conceptual designs for production flows and industrial layout; * Prepare Technical Specifications for equipment and service procurement; * Size and plan resources required for executing works during major operational shutdowns; * Coordinate internal and third-party multidisciplinary teams for project execution; * Monitor project physical and financial progress. **Required knowledge and skills:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation Engineering, or related fields. * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; * Experience with short- and medium-term projects; * Advanced English proficiency; * Effective Communication: ability to convey ideas and information clearly and concisely. **Preferred qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Project Management; * Knowledge of Project Management tools; * Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Green Belt, Lean, Scrum, Agile); * Experience in Operations-related projects.
