




**Job Mission** Responsible for accounting routines, including tax calculation, accounting closing, auxiliary obligations, and accounting legalization. **Job Responsibilities** * Supervise activities related to the monthly accounting closing, ensuring reliability of accounting records in the preparation of financial statements and trial balances. * Ensure that accounting entries comply with laws, regulations, and accounting principles. * Complete, verify, and submit Accounting and Tax Sped (ECF, ECD). * Arrange and ensure submission of DIRF related to accounting events. * Review the monthly ICMS calculation and submit DAPI - MG. * Monitor tax and corporate legislation through Cenofisco and Econet bulletins or equivalent sources, and calculate Income Tax and Social Contribution to maintain LALUR records on a monthly basis. * Calculate monthly PIS and COFINS contributions, reconcile main accounts, and approve those prepared by the team. * Analyze payroll closing together with the Human Resources Department, verifying and reconciling internal data and controls. * Monitor and obtain licenses from public agencies such as Federal Police, Army, Civil Police, CRQ, and perform monthly accounting inventory closing. * Be accountable for executing actions and addressing non-conformities relevant to the department. * Monitor and respond to internal and external audits and inspections, and prepare accounting reports by gathering information and statistical data to support decision-making. * Distribute work tasks among subordinates, identifying more complex and urgent tasks and assigning them to more experienced staff to ensure quality and efficiency. * Comply with and enforce the Code of Ethics, ensuring adherence to clauses regarding ethical duties and common responsibilities of employees. * Implement improvements according to departmental needs, supporting company strategies related to productivity, cost reduction, and maximizing results. * Ensure that the team under supervision performs their duties in accordance with company policies and procedures, properly using uniforms and personal protective equipment (PPE), participating in campaigns and training programs, and fulfilling all responsibilities while observing occupational health and safety, environmental, quality, and social responsibility aspects. * Ensure proper qualification for optimal team performance in line with company policy, participating in hiring processes, work schedule planning, attendance control, promotions, dismissals, and identifying and addressing training and development needs, aiming at people management focused on excellence, economic performance, and reinforcement of company values. * Participate in internal and external audits, providing information and clarifying auditor questions to prevent non-conformities from being recorded for the area, and stay informed about necessary corrections to current procedures. * Guarantee the preparation of budgets to support annual planning through accurate forecasting of material, labor, and service expenses for approval by Management, as well as coordinate long-term budget forecasting activities. * Interact with other managers, participating in meetings to develop strategic plans in alignment with company guidelines. **Education** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences. **Requirements** * Prior experience in the field is desirable; * Knowledge of accounting reconciliation, tax calculation, and tax legislation.
