Planning and organizational skills **Opportunity for Customer Service Representative** * Completed high school or currently pursuing technical or undergraduate studies in Administration or related fields; * Experience in in-person and telephone customer service (active/receptive) and sales; * Experience in operational routines (sending and receiving emails, creating service orders, organizing and completing spreadsheets/systems); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office/computer skills; * Strong oral and written communication, interpersonal skills, proactivity, communicativeness, and responsibility; * Prospecting clients for product sales (individual and corporate); * Easy access to the company's location; * Immediate availability; * Planning, organizational, and process optimization skills.
