We are seeking a **Technical Draftsman** focused on **BIM** to develop **Building Services Projects** and technical detailing of **Architectural Projects**. This is a hybrid position; initially remote work, with availability for occasional in-person visits in São Mateus, ES. Main Responsibilities: * **BIM Projects:** Develop complete Installation Projects (Plumbing, Electrical, and Mechanical \- HVAC), detail architectural projects using **Autodesk Revit** software. * **Coordination:** Perform project coordination (Clash Detection). * **Detailing Development:** Generate technical execution drawings (floor plans, sections, elevations, and installation details) from the BIM model. * **Technical Documentation:** Prepare project sheets and material lists in compliance with technical standards (ABNT). * **Quality Control:** Ensure the quality and accuracy of information contained in BIM models and final drawings. Required Qualifications: * **Education:** Technical Course in Building Construction, or student of Civil Engineering or Architecture * **Experience:** Minimum of **2 years** in the role, with focus on architectural and/or building services projects. * **Software Proficiency:** Advanced skills in **Autodesk Revit**. * **Technical Skills:** Solid ability in reading and interpreting architectural and building services project drawings. * **Standards:** Knowledge of Brazilian technical standards (ABNT). Preferred Qualifications: * Experience with cost estimation and quantity takeoff from BIM models. * Knowledge of prefabricated or modular construction projects.
