Contribution to organizational climate and internal communication Support HR and Personnel Department routines by managing document control, organizing files, collecting signatures, and assisting employees. Responsible for daily timekeeping and attendance tracking (absences, tardiness, overtime), forwarding data to payroll processing. Provide guidance on salaries, benefits, vacations, deductions, and internal policies. Assist in recruitment and selection processes, onboarding of new employees, and support for training activities. Contribute to organizing internal events, internal communication, and maintaining a positive organizational climate, while ensuring departmental organization and compliance with Occupational Safety regulations. **Job Requirements** **Education:** Completed undergraduate degree. **Skills:** Attention to detail, organization, initiative, proactivity, sense of priority, strong communication skills, good interpersonal relationships, leadership, and discipline. **Experience:** Minimum of 6 months in this role or in a related field.
