**Responsibilities and Duties**
### **Summary Description**
Responsible for supervising and inspecting electrical, automation, and instrumentation installation activities on industrial projects, ensuring execution in accordance with detailed engineering drawings, technical standards, schedule, quality requirements, safety, and environmental standards. Supports field work fronts, coordinates contractors, and assists with commissioning and system release activities.
### **Detailed Description**
* Supervise electrical, automation, and instrumentation installation activities during the implementation of industrial projects;
* Review and control the release of engineering drawings for execution at construction sites;
* Approve electrical and automation installation work in accordance with issued "For Construction" drawings;
* Supervise field construction and electrical installation work, ensuring adherence to executed engineering drawings and technical specifications;
* Monitor installation of electrical equipment and industrial automation systems;
* Supervise cable laying, panel assembly, cable tray installation, motor installation, industrial lighting, grounding systems, and lightning protection systems (SPDA);
* Approve and monitor work plans applicable to construction activities;
* Ensure execution of activities in accordance with the approved execution plan;
* Support system releases and electrical commissioning activities alongside engineering and operations teams;
* Monitor and supervise contractor teams (subcontractors), ensuring compliance with deadlines, targets, and technical requirements;
* Validate field measurements and support physical progress tracking;
* Monitor and respond to Daily Construction Reports (RDO), maintaining updated records of supervised activities;
* Ensure compliance with applicable safety, quality, and environmental standards for electrical and automation activities.

#### **Education**
* Technical course in Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnology, Industrial Automation, or related fields for technical-level positions;
* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Control and Automation Engineering, or related fields for higher-level positions;
* Additional certifications in electrical engineering, automation, or construction management are advantageous.
#### **Experience**
* Minimum 10 years of proven experience supervising field electrical and automation installations;
* Experience in large-scale industrial projects, preferably in mining, steelmaking, energy, or infrastructure sectors;
* Experience supervising installation teams and contractors;
* Experience in commissioning, system release, and physical progress monitoring;
* Experience installing substations, electrical panels, motors, control systems, and instrumentation.
