Description: * Completed or ongoing degree in administration or related fields; * Experience with credit and collections routines; * Basic knowledge in Accounting, Tax and Fiscal Legislation; * Advantage: experience with the Tarken platform; * Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; * Class B driver's license (CNH B); * Reside in Guaraí \- TO. * Prepare technical reports for granting credit to individuals and legal entities according to credit policy; * Perform individual and corporate credit checks through the Tarken credit system and credit protection agencies (SERASA); * Request documentation and support preparation of guarantees in coordination with the legal team; * Carry out collection of amounts owed to companies and/or institutions; * Contact debtors, guarantors, and sureties to negotiate payment methods; * Define strategies and develop collection routes; * Record/report negotiation information with debtors; * Perform customer registration; * Monitor branch Credit department KPIs (collection performance, credit approval) to ensure achievement of established goals and targets; * Contact clients/trades to monitor grain deliveries under our contracts. * Authorize invoicing according to credit policy; * Assist finance team in identifying customer payments; * Perform other tasks of similar nature and complexity associated with the organizational environment, related to those already described, as directed by immediate supervisor. 2510190202501821093
