Job Summary:
The Distribution Electrician will perform inspection and maintenance on energized power networks, conduct switching operations on equipment, and support the analysis of electrical faults, contributing to the safe and efficient operation of the system.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Perform scheduled and emergency inspections of structures, cables, and equipment on energized distribution networks and lines;
* Perform scheduled and emergency maintenance, repair, splicing, connection, or replacement of damaged structures, cables, and equipment on energized distribution networks and lines;
* Perform switching operations on sectionalizing equipment and operate energized distribution networks and lines;
* Perform switching operations on sectionalizing equipment and operate substations;
* Test sectionalizing, operational, protection, and voltage regulation equipment for distribution networks and lines;
* Take voltage and current measurements;
* Support technicians in analyzing complaints regarding voltage levels and electrical faults;
* Complete inspection and maintenance control spreadsheets for energized distribution networks and lines;
* Participate, whenever possible, in developing improvement plans and monitor, whenever possible, indicators of the Integrated Management System (IMS);
* Identify non-conformities and participate, whenever possible, in developing corrective and improvement actions aimed at addressing actual and potential deviations from the Integrated Management System (IMS);
* Comply with the Integrated Management System Policy and act responsibly, taking necessary precautions concerning environmental impacts, hazards, and risks associated with one’s work.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed High School education;
* Experience as a Distribution Electrician;
* Live-line Electrician training course;
* NR 35;
* NR 10;
* NR 10 SEP;
* NR 12;
* Driver’s license class C or higher;
* Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
