We are seeking a Logistics Supervisor to work for a leading agribusiness company in Sertanópolis/PR. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manage logistics between farms, coordinating the transportation of materials, products, grains, and inputs. * Supervise daily activities related to receiving, storage, dispatch, and transportation. * Control and optimize routes (currently performed manually), proposing improvements and digitization. * Manage driver teams (own and third-party), providing guidance and ensuring productivity. * Hire and negotiate freight rates with transport companies and independent drivers, maintaining updated records in the system. * Register vehicles and drivers in the ERP system, ensuring proper documentation (e.g., ANTT, CNH, licensing). * Monitor shipments, delivery deadlines, and trip status, ensuring efficiency and cost control. * Validate and review unloading tickets, requesting adjustments when necessary. * Monitor fleet tracking and vehicle performance (km, speed, maintenance, fuel, tires, etc.). * Approve financial resources for trips based on route analysis, mileage, and expenses. * Support truck scale operations, ensuring accurate inbound and outbound weighing control. * Prepare operational reports (fuel, maintenance, cost per km, etc.). * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and applicable legislation regarding transportation and driver working hours. * Record freight contracts in the ERP system, ensuring correct entries and compliance. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor's degree in Logistics or related fields * 3 years of experience in logistics and/or supply chain * Knowledge in agribusiness (desirable) * Leadership and operational team management skills * Experience negotiating with transport companies and independent drivers * Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) * Intermediate level in Microsoft Office **Compensation:** * Salary: BRL 5,500.00 * Food allowance: BRL 450.00 * Chartered transportation * Unimed health insurance * Life insurance * Educational incentive Working hours from Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM. **Minimum Education Level:** Bachelor's Degree
