Responsibilities and Duties The Senior Training Analyst at MB Labs is responsible for designing, maintaining, and evolving the entire technical and behavioral training ecosystem for MB and Bankeiro, ensuring that individual growth keeps pace with business growth. A strategic role with direct involvement in technical, behavioral, and leadership development, connected to performance, culture, retention, and results. TECHNICAL TRAINING (HARD SKILLS) * Design the company's technical training strategy; * Create technical learning paths by role, seniority level, and tech stack; * Support the development and advancement of Tech Leads (levels 1 to 4\); * Design and deliver cultural and technical onboarding per area/project; * Identify recurring technical skill gaps and propose structured interventions; * Collaborate with internal subject-matter experts as trainers; * Integrate technical training with performance evaluations and Individual Development Plans (IDPs); * Support technical leaders in building more mature teams. BEHAVIORAL TRAINING (SOFT SKILLS) * Design behavioral learning paths by seniority level; * Develop programs for: * Professional communication; * Conflict management; * Leadership; * Autonomy and accountability; * MB Labs culture in practice; * Proactive intervention in teams showing early risk signals; * Ensure alignment between training, expected behaviors, and daily reality.
