This professional is vital to ensuring all received items are processed promptly and correctly, and that materials are accessible to the maintenance team when needed. The assistant also performs occasional off-site activities, using the company car for transportation and delivery of materials, ensuring compliance with executive aviation safety and quality standards. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Material Receipt:** Proactively manage material receipt, ensuring meticulous verification of invoices and confirmation that items match purchase orders. Coordinate proper organization and secure storage of received materials, using methods and practices that ensure their integrity. * **Inventory Management Support:** Assist in continuous monitoring and control of parts and materials inventory, ensuring accurate accounting and organization of items in the warehouse. * **Picking and Distribution:** Collaborate in the rapid picking and distribution of parts and materials to maintenance teams, ensuring items are delivered accurately and on time. * **Recording and Documentation:** Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all inventory movements, effectively utilizing warehouse management systems to facilitate item control and traceability. * **Quality Control Support:** Assist in inspecting received and stored materials, ensuring all meet Solojet’s high quality standards and sector-specific aviation regulations. * **Warehouse Organization:** Actively contribute to the orderliness and cleanliness of the storage area, promoting a safe, efficient, and organized work environment. * **Occasional Off-site Tasks:** Perform material deliveries and pickups occasionally using the company vehicle, ensuring safe and efficient transportation of items while complying with traffic and safety regulations. * **Team Collaboration:** Work closely with the Warehouse Analyst and other teams, providing essential support and necessary information to ensure smooth operations. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Completed high school; technical courses in Logistics or related fields are advantageous. * **Experience:** Prior experience in warehousing or inventory control is desirable but not mandatory. * **Skills:** Exceptional organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
