The Customs Analyst supports the execution of daily import and export operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and internal company policies. This role is responsible for coordinating customs clearance activities, supporting documentation accuracy, and monitoring the progress of international shipments to ensure efficient cross\-border logistics operations. The Customs Analyst plays a key role in supporting customs processes, ensuring proper documentation, monitoring clearance timelines, and coordinating with internal teams and customs brokers to maintain operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. **YOU’LL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:** Support daily import and export operations and customs clearance activities. Coordinate with customs brokers and logistics providers to ensure timely customs clearance. Review and support preparation of customs documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Monitor the progress of shipments during customs clearance and support issue resolution when delays occur. Collaborate with internal teams including Logistics, Customer Relations, Sales, and Finance to support cross\-border operations. Track customs\-related KPIs such as clearance lead time and operational performance indicators. Maintain accurate information and documentation within ERP systems such as SAP and OSGT system. Support the resolution of operational issues related to customs documentation, clearance processes, or shipment delays. Contribute to operational reporting and monitoring of customs activities. Monitoring performance of 3rd parties like customs broker, HS\-Classification, etc. YOU'LL THRIVE IN THIS ROLE IF YOU HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS AND QUALITIES: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related fields. 1–5 years of experience in customs operations, import/export processes, or international logistics. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail when handling documentation and regulatory requirements. Ability to execute operational tasks in a structured and efficient manner. Analytical mindset to monitor customs operations and clearance performance. Problem\-solving mindset with the ability to support resolution of customs\-related operational issues. Ability to prioritize tasks and seek support when necessary. Intermediate knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems. Intermediate knowledge on OSGT Foreign Trade system. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel for operational tracking and reporting. Intermediate English proficiency. Strong communication skills to coordinate with internal teams, logistics partners, and customs brokers.
