Responsibilities and Duties * Monitor the progress of low-complexity processes, performing tasks as instructed; * Apply knowledge acquired through the program, leveraging it for technical development and integration into our culture; * Recognize the role of leadership and one's team in one's developmental process, establishing relationships based on respect, partnership, and collaboration; * Pursue self-development through interpersonal relationships, continuous learning, and practical application of acquired knowledge.
