Job Summary: We are seeking a Wareliner to join our Infrastructure team, supporting operations and contributing to the maintenance, improvement, and documentation of Wareline’s technological infrastructure. Key Highlights: 1. Level 3 support for Wareline customers and employees 2. Monitoring and resolution of IT infrastructure issues 3. We are looking for a new Wareliner to join the **Infrastructure** team, supporting operations and contributing to the maintenance, improvement, and documentation of Wareline’s technological infrastructure. **Your main responsibilities will be:** * Ensuring the **implementation and usage** of **Conecte/W** with customers; * Providing **Level 3 support** to the IT teams of **customers and employees** at Wareline; * Monitoring the IT infrastructure, **identifying and resolving performance and availability issues**; * Actively participating in infrastructure projects, contributing to the **continuous improvement** of technological environments. **What we expect from you?** * Intermediate knowledge of **Linux** (Debian Server and Ubuntu Server) and experience with **troubleshooting**; * Basic knowledge of **PostgreSQL** configuration and administration; * Knowledge of virtualization (**ESXi and Hyper-V**); * Understanding of **networking** and communication protocols; * Scripting skills in **Shell and Python**; * Ability to **document processes** and infrastructure; * Agile, flexible profile with strong communication skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of AWS and ORACLE CLOUD. **What Wareline offers:** * Flexible VR/VA on the CAJU card; * Health and dental insurance; * Daycare assistance for children up to 5 years old; * Life insurance; * Profit-sharing program (PLR) aligned with internal goals; * Training and development incentive programs; * Wellhub; * Birthday day off.
