MACHINE OPERATOR (EXTRUDER)

Job Summary: We are seeking a Machine Operator (Extruder) to work in the production area, ensuring efficient operation, product quality, and safety, with emphasis on commitment and teamwork. Monitoring of operational parameters and product inspection We are looking for a **Machine Operator (Extruder)** to work in the production area, ensuring efficient equipment operation, product quality, and compliance with safety standards. We seek a committed professional with experience in extrusion processes and a profile oriented toward quality, productivity, and teamwork. Main Responsibilities * Operate extruder machines, ensuring proper functionality throughout the entire production process; * Program engraving machines according to technical specifications; * Release production in accordance with established planning; * Monitor machine temperatures and operational parameters; * Monitor the extruder production process, ensuring continuous production; * Perform production weighing and reporting; * Inspect products to ensure compliance with quality standards; * Identify preventive maintenance needs and report any irregularities; * Recover reusable raw materials, contributing to waste reduction; * Maintain machines, equipment, and the workplace in an organized manner; * Support the team during breaks, vacations, and other operational needs; * Guide and supervise team activities during the shift, when necessary. Requirements * Completed high school education; * Proven experience operating extruder machines; * Knowledge of adjustment, monitoring, and operation of industrial equipment; * Availability to work in an industrial environment. Preferred Qualifications * Experience manufacturing **hoses**, tubes, pipes, wires, cables, or other products produced via extrusion; * Knowledge of preventive maintenance for industrial equipment; * Experience in quality control processes within production. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday Compensation: R$3\.100,00 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Do you meet the following job requirements?
