See below: **Your Responsibilities Will Include:** * Monitoring the order picking process, tracking and directing daily loads to be processed; * Monitoring and analyzing volume/label discrepancies during induction (shortages and overages); * Analyzing labels read by the sorter that were not assigned to outbound pallets; * Addressing identified discrepancies by directing corrective actions and ensuring process completion in coordination with Inventory Management; * Closing loads in the system when required; * Developing and monitoring production error indicators to support decision-making; * Proposing process improvements focused on error reduction and operational flow optimization; * Providing support to operations supervisors whenever necessary; * Ensuring no operational pending items remain at the end of each day; * Developing and maintaining up-to-date operational procedures for production areas, supporting other areas as needed. **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree * Prior experience in this role is preferred. \#vemsermara \#maravilhasdolar Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Working Hours: * Monday to Thursday: 08:00–18:00 * Friday: 08:00–17:00 Additional Compensation: * 13th-month salary * Overtime pay Education: * Completed or ongoing Bachelor’s degree (Mandatory) Experience: * Logistics (Mandatory) Work Location: On-site Employment Type: Full-time CLT Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Commercial partnerships and discounts * Free parking * Life insurance * Meal voucher * Food voucher * Transportation voucher Compensation: R$4\.377,94 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Free parking * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher Work Location: On-site
